Macphun Aurora HDR Pro review – Is it the best HDR software you can find?

When I began editing photos and videos on my computer nearly 10 years ago, the first software I ever used was Adobe. Since then, I’ve become so accustomed to Adobe products that I rarely feel the need to look at other software alternatives. It’s not necessarily because I consider Adobe to be the best but rather because they have been part of my workflow for so many years.

Since starting MirrorLessons more than three years ago, we’ve reviewed almost every kind of accessory … except for tripods. There are a couple of reasons for this, the main one being the time and effort required to expand our professional network and receive samples from the various brands. On a more personal note, I admit that I’ve never been a big tripod aficionado. I only bring one with me when it is strictly necessary because I like to move about with as little gear as possible. The arrival of excellent image stabilisation on some mirrorless cameras didn’t help to change my mind either!

ThinkTank Retrospective 6 Shoulder Bag Review

The ThinkTank Retrospective series is an excellent line-up of bags. They have a simple design, are comfortable to carry, accommodate lots of gear thanks to the soft insides and most importantly, have lots of pockets. The series now comprises 7 bags excluding the leather series which has a special leather cover on the flap and shoulder pad.

A couple of years ago, whilst browsing Etsy for handmade photography products, I clearly remember coming across the Porteen Gear store and stopping dead in my tracks. The handsome leather camera bags displayed in the virtual storefront were much more colourful and stylish than other bags I’d seen from the larger manufacturers, and I was compelled to find out more.
